1. Launch the Netscape Navigator / Communicator 4.x
2. From the main windows , click on "Edit" > "Preferences..." option
3. You should see a dialog window appears as shown below
4. From the left side ( Category ) , click on "Identity" option at the "Mail & Groups"
5. Configure the settings as follows:
- Your Name : any name you like
- Email address :email address
- Reply-to address: ( only needed if different from email address )
6. From the left side ( Category ) , click on "Mail Server" option
7. Configure the settings as follows :
- Mail server user name: Email Address
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server: asmtp.<your domain name>
(e.g. asmtp.wmasia.net)
- Incoming Mail server: pop.<your domain name>
(e.g. pop.wmasia.net)
8. Click on "OK" button to end the settings
